SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are located in Southern California and we use the United States Postal Service for all domestic and international orders.
Services from the USPS include: First Class Mail Parcel, USPS Retail Ground®, Priority Mail 2-Day™.
Since the Ichiban Kuji is from Japan we will host the Kujis from Japan and all orders will be shipped through Japan Post. The services that are available is SAL (Economy Air) 2 weeks - 3 weeks, AIR 7 - 14 days, and EMS >5 days. All delivery times are estimated and are based on the post marked date from Japan Post.
We at KUJIconnect are more than happy to combine any purchases you make on on our site and can hold your items, at your request for up to 20 days with no additional fees. Items located in Japan can not be combined with items located in the US. Items located in the US can not be combined with items located in Japan.

KUJIconnect offers fair and easy cancellations to give you as much opportunity to cancel any item(s) before they are processed. All of this can be done by contacting us through E-mail or Facebook Messenger and requesting to cancel your order. Please provide us with your order number when requesting a cancellation. You may cancel any in-stock order that has not yet been processed within 24 hours from purchase without penalty. Once an order has been processed or shipped cancellation is no longer possible. Should you wish to return the order once you receive it you may do so at your own shipping cost without reimbursement from KUJIconnect. If any order shipment is refused by you and sent back to us we will deduct the shipping fees and there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase refund total.
Most pre-orders may be canceled up to the month the item is to be released. Payment for pre-orders is processed when the product is processed at the time the Pre-order is placed and the item will ship immediately once it is available. All Pre-Order items may be canceled up to Seven (7) days from the original date of purchase without any cancellation fees.
Pre-Order items canceled Three (3) months or more prior to be released there will be a 20% cancellation fee.
Pre-Order items canceled Two (2) months prior to be released there will be a 30% cancellation fee.
Pre-Order items canceled One (1) month prior or the month of release there will be a 45% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees are charged and deducted from the original purchase refund total.
To cancel a pre-order please contact us by E-mail or Facebook Messenger and requesting to cancel your order.
When items are added to a shipment we begin the process of fulfilling your order. At that time items can no longer be canceled. Shipments are created when:
You place an order for in-stock items and shipping confirmation has been sent.
Pre-orders that have arrived and shipping confirmation has been sent.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, item must be unopened (unless sold as used) with seals intact. All returns will be charged a 30% Restocking Fee subtracted from the cost of the item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 days to appear on your Paypal account statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We recommend that you take photos of the parcel prior to shipping to show the condition before shipping to us. For any parcel that is damaged and/or the item returned is also damaged, additional charges may be applied.

Opened Ichiban Kuji Tickets
Opened 'Blind Box' Ichiban Kuji Prize (Unless the item was listed and purchased as 'OPENED')
